We not not only a simple LED light housing provider, but also solution expert. With a strong team of engineers who have different background and abundant experience, we can provide housing design, prototype making, tooling making in a fast response.
All of the design will be simulated for the thermal management, lighting distribution,etc. All the details of the drawing will be double confirmed to make sure it can be fabricated. For each design, we will make a prototype and test it first to make sure it can reach our design requirement.If the test result is match with our demand,we will go further step.Normally we will fix some small bugs when we check the prototype. After the revision of the drawing, we can consider the process of the mold.When the mold is ready, we will make tool trial first before bulk production.When all of the data are stable, we can start the normal production
We can also help our customer to evaluate the drawing, prepare the MCPCB drawing and make some test in our lab. Many single capabilities will form a new powerful and complex solution. The end product will usually generate new IP. We are ready for any challenges a customer may have.
