Of course you can. Welcome to do OEM or ODM Order for our LED lighting fixtures. What you need to do is to send us the Drawing of your style with products, and we will submit sample or prototype of LED light housings to you for your approval.

Contact us and request the holes pattern of the models of LED light housing, and we will send you the drawing for your reference. Once you confirm the holes pattern you need, we can also help you to drill them in our side.

Yes. You can. But the powder supplier will request a MOQ for the coating powder of our LED light housing, and the delivery time will be a little longer for the special color LED lighting fixture.

Yes we have it. Normally we will prepare the test report every year. If you need that for double check, please feel free to contact us, and we can send the material report of the die-casting parts for our LED light housings.

Yes. We can. We have a very strong product development team with different background engineers. You can send us your drawings of LED light housing for evaluation. For your drawings, we will keep them confidential. After the evaluation, we will prepare the DFM document for your reference. If that is acceptable for you, we will start to make the prototype of the LED lighting fixture for you to check. Once the prototype is approved, we can go on the process of tooling making. When the trail sample is ready, we will send you the sample for evaluation and inspection. After the approval of the sample, we can start the process of the trial order for the new mold.

In fact, that is not big difference. The only thing you need to do is send us your detailed requirement for the LED lighting fixture, and we will do the left thing for you. Please try your best to provide much more information to us as you can.

We provide 3-year warranty only for quality-related issues of our LED lighting fixtures. Once the quality problem is confirmed, you can request free replacement for them.

Sure you can. We can use the alluminum alloy you have selected for the LED light housing die-casting, and also the brand and specification of the powder for the LED lighting fixture powder coating.
